Central Austin Deck Rebuild
This deck was in bad need some TLC. We were hired for a strait-forward same-for-same replacement of the decking and some repairs to the frame.
To maximize the life of the remaining frame and repairs, we were able to apply joist tape and attached the decking with the recommended deck screws. With proper maintenance, this deck should last many years to come.
The customer chose to keep the pine decking in it’s natural state, but after letting the deck dry out for a few weeks, we came back and sealed it with a clear penetrating, UV resistant sealer.
