She was so right. After several not-so-great experiences with contractors we always go into these relationships with skepticism, but Brave was so amazing that they really changed our opinion of the profession. Brian and Dave both bring an energy that is kind but also no BS, which is exactly what you want. Not only were they just great to work with, they also do extremely high quality work. We could not be happier with the outcome of our projects, our new master bathroom is beautiful AND functional. Our new stairwell, which was quite the undertaking, completely changes the feel of our entire downstairs. They spent a great deal of time ensuring the stairwell was perfect and the attention to detail shows in the final product. Our only regret is that Brave wasn't around when we decided to do our kitchen several years ago. If you're on the fence either because you think it's too pricey or the wait to get started is too long, just go for it. You absolutely get what you pay for with Brave and they are worth getting on a waitlist.

We're thankful that we chose Brave as the competent contractor to help us navigate our project through this volatile environment. Shortly after we signed a contract to start initial design work with them we found out we were pregnant with our first child and the "flexible" timeframe of 2 busy professionals became less flexible as we barreled toward becoming a family of 3. Without batting an eye, Brian and Dave committed to a timeline and got the job done. The pressure from a pregnant woman may have helped but I was so thankful and impressed when I saw them working late into the evening and some weekends to get the project back on track after delays caused by weather. They also clearly have great relationships with their subcontractors as every one of them were on time, professional and friendly. Brave had us back in our home with a few weeks to spare before our son arrived just in time for this newly minted mama to get the nursery set up and fully nested. We are thoroughly impressed with the final product and can't thank Brian and Dave enough for a job well done.

Terry Collins2020-01-16Brave Remodeling recently installed a new kitchen sink for us. Our old kitchen presented challenges but that did not slow them down. The job was done in just a few hours with perfect results. About three years ago our house flooded due to a water supply leak. Brave Remodeling handled our rebuilding/recovery effort. They installed tile throughout the entire house and painted all interior walls, including new baseboard for the whole house.
