Whole Home Remodel in Hutto
This home was in need of a good renovation. We started with bringing on some of our partner engineer & architects to design a new kitchen addition, update the living room layout and open up the dining area.

This small kitchen was expanded toward the rear of the home and the opening to the dining room was enlarged. The island size was increased to increase storage as well as provide seating for less formal get togethers.
Adjacent to the kitchen island a dry bar with custom winecork backsplash was created to better utilize space in this high-traffic corridor.
The front entryway and dining room had multiple walls removed to make a more inviting and open dining area.
A tray ceiling detail was added to the eight foot ceiling to create a focal point and add a feeling of spaciousness of the room.
The living area had a problematic sunken floor which was raised to make it safer and more consistent with the rest of the home. Cabinetry was modified and refinished to modernize the look and the fireplace was repaired and received a new hearth & mantle

A final detail involved created in-wall hidden pocket doors that can be used to block access to the kitchen from the family dogs.
